Kerry has been building costumes with large, small, and even non-existent budgets since 2004. Her professional garment construction experience began in 2006, when she began focusing on Costume Crafts (non-garment items such as armor, masks, shoes, hats, etc. as well as more unusual items like body padding, giant snakes that wrap around the body like a dress, giant walking trees, etc.). Kerry later, around 2013, started focusing more on garment construction, refining her patternmaking, draping, and tailoring skills. She is currently finishing a certificate in Haute Couture techniques from FIT.
